Randall Peffer is an instructor at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. He is the author of the Cape Islands Mystery Series, including Killling Neptune’s Daughter; Provincetown Follies, Bangkok Blues; Old School Bones; and Bangkok Dragons, Cape Cod Tears. He is also the author of Southern Seahawk and Seahawk Hunting. His nonfiction books include Logs of the Dead Pirate Society and Watermen.
